Is North Play Room really free to play?

Yes. Every game on the site is free to play. There are no deposits, no purchases, and no real money at any point. The only currency in the games is virtual coins, and they have no monetary value.

Can I win real money?

No. There are no cash prizes, no real winnings, and no withdrawals. Anything you win in a game stays in your in-browser virtual coin balance and is for entertainment only.

Why do I need to confirm my age?

North Play Room is designed for adults. We ask you to confirm you meet the age of majority in your province (19+ where applicable, 18+ in some provinces) before entering the hub. The confirmation is stored in your browser's local storage on this device.

How are my virtual coins saved?

Your virtual coin balances are stored in your own browser using localStorage. They never leave your device and are not associated with an account. Clearing your browser data will reset them.

What happens if my coins run out?

If your balance runs low, you can use the daily virtual coin top-up. Once every 24 hours, the balance for that game is restored to the starting amount. You can also reset a game from its rules panel.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There are no accounts, no logins, no passwords, and no profiles. You confirm your age, accept the storage notice, and play. Everything is saved locally in your browser.

Does the hub work on mobile?

Yes. Every page and every game is built to work on phones, tablets, and desktops. The games use touch-friendly buttons and adapt to smaller screens.

Are the game outcomes random?

Yes. The card draws, reel spins, and wheel results all use the browser's cryptographic random number generator where available, with a fallback to the standard random source.

How do I report a technical issue?

Email support@northplayroom.com with a short description of what happened and which game and browser you were using. There is no phone line — support is handled by email only.

What if I am concerned about my gaming habits?

Take a break, close the tab, and visit our Responsible Play page. It links to Canadian support resources such as the Responsible Gambling Council, ConnexOntario, and CAMH. The games are intended as light entertainment for adults.

Are there pop-ups, ads, or third-party trackers?

No. The site does not run third-party advertising and does not load analytics or marketing cookies unless we say so on the Cookie Policy page. The only data stored is the localStorage keys we list there.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Because everything is stored in your own browser, you can clear it from your browser's site data settings, or use the reset buttons on each game page. Nothing is held on a server.
