North Play Room is intended for adults in Canada who meet the age of majority in their province (19+ where applicable, 18+ in some provinces). By entering the hub you confirm you meet that age requirement.

Every game on North Play Room is free. There is no real-money play, no betting account, no wallet, and no real prizes. The hub is provided as social entertainment for adults — not as a financial product, an iGaming service, or an affiliate to one.

Virtual coins, chips, and any other in-game balances:

• Have no monetary value at any time.
• Cannot be bought, sold, gifted, exchanged, or withdrawn.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, goods, or services.
• May be reset, capped, or modified at our discretion to keep the games working as intended.

North Play Room does not accept payments. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no real-money jackpots, and no real-money mechanics. Nothing on this site is gambling within the meaning of any provincial gaming-control act.

The hub uses your browser's local storage to remember your age confirmation, your storage choice, your virtual coin balances, and your daily top-up timestamp. Clearing your browser data resets this information. See the Cookie Policy for the full list of keys.

By using North Play Room, you agree not to:

• Use the games on behalf of anyone who does not meet the age requirement.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or modify the games' source.
• Try to convert virtual coins into real money or vice versa.
• Harass other players, post hate speech, or violate the Community Guidelines.
• Use the hub for any unlawful purpose.

The hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the games working, but we don't promise that they will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. The games are intended for entertainment only.

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, North Play Room is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the hub. Because the games involve no real money, no real prizes, and no payments, we don't compensate users for in-game outcomes, virtual coin balances, or browser data loss.

We expect adult users to play responsibly. Our Responsible Play page lists healthy-play tips and Canadian support resources. If gaming is no longer fun, please take a break or reach out to one of those resources.

We may update these terms from time to time as the hub evolves. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use North Play Room after a change means you accept the updated terms.
