A short, plain-language privacy policy.

There is no registration, no login, and no profile. Without an account, there is no email, username, password, or payment data for us to hold. Nothing on the hub identifies you personally unless you choose to email us.

North Play Room does not accept payments. We never see, request, or process credit-card numbers or any other payment information. Virtual coins are free and have no monetary value.

When you confirm you meet the age of majority for your province, the answer (a single boolean) is saved to your browser's local storage. It is not sent to a server. Clearing your browser data removes the confirmation and the age gate will appear again.

Your choice on the storage notice (essential only or accept all) is also saved to local storage. Today, "accept all" is treated the same as "essential only" because we don't currently load analytics, advertising, or marketing storage. If that ever changes, the Cookie Policy will be updated first.

The virtual coin balance for each game is held in local storage on your device. The same applies to the timestamp of your last daily top-up and any optional preferences (such as sound). Nothing about your gameplay leaves your device.

Settings such as your last selected bet or wheel category may be remembered between sessions to make resuming play easier. These too live only in your browser.

The site is delivered from a static deployment with no database collecting personal information. Standard web-server access logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) may be kept for short periods by our hosting provider for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use these logs to build profiles of individual visitors.

The contact form on the site does not POST to a server. Instead, it opens your email client with a pre-filled message to support@northplayroom.com. If you press send, your email is delivered to that inbox via your own email provider — we use it only to reply to your enquiry and don't add it to any marketing list.

North Play Room does not run third-party advertising. We do not currently load analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts are loaded from a public CDN (Google Fonts) which sees your IP address to deliver the font files; we do not use Google's services for anything else.

The hub is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under the age of majority in their province. If you believe a minor has used this site, please email support@northplayroom.com.

You can:

• Clear your browser's site data to remove every locally stored value at once.
• Reset a single game's balance from its rules panel.
• Decline to confirm your age, in which case you cannot enter the hub.

As the hub changes, this policy may need to as well. The most current version always lives on this page. See the Cookie Policy for the authoritative list of locally stored keys.
